Dear Ms. Rourke
With respect to your letter of April 14, 2000, I am reformulating my request to include only the following documents:
1.) the government exhibit of the subpoenaed American Express records of Gordon Todd Skinner for the year 2000, specifically including the records not previously provided to the defense, viz. the Amex records from January through April, 2000 and the Amex records from September 15 through November 15, 2000, as well as the subpoena itself.
2.) the government exhibit of the subpoenaed gambling records of Gordon Todd Skinner et al from the Bellagio, Mirage, Paris and other hotels, specifically including records not previously provided to the defense, viz. the records of all funds paid out at anytime to any party named in the subpoenas, and a copy of the subpoenas themselves.
3 ) any records in the possession of DOJ/USAO Topeka/SF concerning communications between DOJ and the USAO Topeka relating - directly or indirectly - to the instant case.
4.) any records concerning legal or illegal electronic surveillance of Gordon Todd Skinner, William L. Pickard, or the property known as the 'missile base' in Wamego, Kansas (167395 Say Road) during the year 2000 or earlier, including records of any inquiry by any agency in compliance with the defense request for such records under 18 U.S.C. 3504
In your response, please indicate the search time and estimate
costs for each item above. If the fees do not exceed $250.00,
please process the request. Additionally an indication of what activities were initially conducted using the first two free hours of search time would he appreciated.

In supplement to the reformulated letter of request also dated May 1, 2003 (see attached), please provide the following documents in addition to the previously requested items:
5.) complete chain-of-custody reports for the three laptop computers seized in the instant case.
6.) rough notes, bench notes, reports of syntheses, analytical reports instrument printouts and all laboratory documents concerning seized drug samples.
7.) any records concerning the DOJ interviews of Gordon Todd Skinner or Thomas Haney in Washington, D C.
8.) records of the initial contact by Skinner or by any individual, agency, agent or official with the USAO Topeka concerning the instant case
